With the support of Brockhoff Invest, the student apartment building at Reiterweg 26a in Iserlohn has been sold. The building offers 29 residential units and underwent extensive refurbishment and conversion in 2016/2017. It is situated on the Seilersee campus, directly opposite BiTS – the University of Applied Sciences. The university is operated by the American Laureate Education holding company, which runs 75 private universities and colleges in 30 countries. The buyer is a real estate investment company from southern Germany. The seller is a local family office.
