Brockhoff Retail has secured another tenant for part of the property at Am Bernhardbrunnen 1–3 in Lippstadt, formerly home to Schuhhaus Zahn.
The sandwich chain Subway will soon open a new restaurant offering approximately 120 m² in a very good city-centre location at the entrance to the pedestrian zone. The new Esprit store, also brokered by Brockhoff Retail, is right next door in the same building.
Subway, a US franchise chain, was founded in 1965. Its range focuses primarily on sandwiches, wraps and salads. The world’s leading fast-food chain has been present in Germany since the late 1990s.
The property is privately owned.
