The retail park with REWE and ALDI supermarkets at Cappenberger Str. 98/100 has changed hands. BROCKHOFF INVEST brokered the sale to a foundation on behalf of the ESTA Group. The purchase price was not disclosed.

The retail park stands on a corner site of approx. 8,120 m², offers 3,230 m² of total lettable space and has 114 parking spaces.

With around 86,500 residents, Lünen is the largest city in the district of Unna. Located on the northeastern edge of the Ruhr region and the southern edge of Münsterland, it combines industrial and rural influences.
