Brockhoff has secured Team Strahltech GmbH as the new tenant for the Light Industrial property at Weidkamp 232 in Essen. The company, whose headquarters are nearby, will use the leased warehouse and office space for expansion from 1 April 2024.

The modern, representative Allbau Group building comprises a two-storey office block and an adjoining warehouse and production hall. Built in 1980 on a 4,304 m² plot, it underwent extensive modernisation and refurbishment in the 1990s. The office building gained a mirrored glass façade and generous reception and office areas. The hall roof was fully refurbished and insulated in 2010.

The letting follows the sale of the property in 2022, when Brockhoff exclusively advised on the transaction of the 1,720 m² office and hall combination. “We are delighted to have found Team Strahltech a property nearby that is perfectly suited to its planned growth,” says Imran Kaya, Brockhoff Light Industrial property consultant. Another important tenant is Immobilien-Service Essen GmbH (ISE), a subsidiary of the Allbau Group.

The commercial property is in an excellent infrastructure location within the Essen–Bottrop–Oberhausen triangle.
The nearby A42 motorway junction provides quick access to both the western and eastern Ruhr region.
