Brockhoff OFFICE announces its second successful letting at the TechnologieZentrumDortmund (TZDO) site in a short time:

The Technical University of Dortmund (TU) will lease a standalone building totalling 3,062 m² at Joseph-v. Fraunhofer-Str. 25 from 1 January 2023.

The complex will be used primarily by the Faculty of Computer Science.

Before the move, the premises will be refurbished to meet the tenant’s requirements.

Last month, Brockhoff OFFICE reported that Dortmund University of Applied Sciences and Arts (FH) had leased the neighbouring 4,950 m² building.
