Developer BVI.EU has built the energy-efficient Carnaperhof Green Business Park in the established Carnaperhöfe commercial area. The park comprises four modular buildings with 32 units across around 8,240 m², which can be combined. Brockhoff LOGISTICS reports the letting of five units with a combined lettable area of 875 m².

The site in northern Essen has excellent infrastructure.

The A42 and A2 motorways are easily accessible, as is the B224, a major route through Essen. Public transport connections are also excellent.

Since the business park opened in February 2022, 20 companies from the automotive, construction, marketing, healthcare, IT, banking, wholesale, measurement technology, mobility and industrial sectors have moved in. Only a few units remain available for lease through Brockhoff LOGISTICS.
