Under an exclusive mandate, Brockhoff OFFICE has now fully let the first phase of the modern TMM Forum at the Phoenix-West site in Dortmund. After successful leases were announced before completion in 2020, the last 2 vacant units, totalling approximately 950 m², have also been let.

From 01 May 2021, Schüßler-Plan Ingenieurgesellschaft mbH will move into the 475 m² unit, which is being fully fitted out to the tenant’s specifications. Schüßler Plan is an owner-managed, independent engineering services provider with nearly 1,000 employees at 20 office locations.

Another TMM Forum tenant is a company in the e-mobility sector. It moved into the other 475 m² unit on 01 March 2021. The space was already fitted to a high standard and ideally suited to the tenant’s requirements.

The TMM Forum’s architecture and layout are defined by openness and transparency. A spacious foyer, modern conference facilities and a bistro with sun terrace create opportunities for interaction. The fitness area supports mental and physical recovery. Workstations and meeting rooms are filled with natural light through floor-to-ceiling windows behind the façade and can be arranged individually. High-quality service and washroom facilities are located inside the central cube.
