Fashion concept Tom Tailor has moved to the other side of the street. Brockhoff RETAIL arranged a partial lease of the former “Schuhpark Fascies” premises for the popular fashion brand.

The new store at Schüppenstr. 12 offers around 180 m² of retail space in a prime 1A location, next to well-known chains, and is currently undergoing extensive refurbishment. The move is scheduled to take place this spring.

Brockhoff RETAIL advised both tenant and landlord on an exclusive basis. The property is owned by a private investor.
