For decades, unlike our peers, we reported on completed transactions because “making a noise is part of the trade”.

However, many deals are subject to confidentiality agreements, and many clients also prefer not to have their transactions reported.

Although we worked intensively during the Covid year 2020 and especially in 2021, achieving good results and supporting notable market activity, an internal strategy meeting led us to decide that we would report only on exceptional topics or individual cases. In keeping with our motto, “quietly & efficiently”, this is how we intend to work.

Regardless, we will of course continue to provide our figures for studies by Business Metropole Ruhr and local economic development agencies, particularly as we complete a significant share of transactions and leases in many cities.
