Traditional sports club TSV Viktoria 1898 Mülheim an der Ruhr e.V. will open its fitness and health centre at Parkstadt Mülheim on 01.01.2022. Brockhoff OFFICE secured this experienced provider, with a club history of more than 100 years, for its future operations at the former Tengelmann headquarters.

Members will have approximately 2,000 m² of space with a wide range of cardio and strength equipment and a CrossFit area, with a focus on fitness and health. New studios will offer extensive options for gymnastics, spinning, yoga and relaxation training. Rehabilitation sports programmes can now be expanded. Health and rehabilitation courses for children and young people are also planned, as are corporate fitness programmes.

The sports and fitness offering fits perfectly into the Parkstadt Mülheim campus development, being created by the property’s new owner, Austrian Soravia Group, on the approximately 136,000 m² site. Alongside administrative and office units, the mixed-use concept includes training locations, medical practices and attractive food-service options. Brockhoff OFFICE is marketing approximately 65,000 m².
