Brockhoff has brokered a lease for 1,310 m² at the Kennedy Tower in Essen. TÜV NORD Akademie GmbH & Co. KG, based in Essen, has leased approximately 1,315 m² of office space in the modern Kennedy Tower, one of the city’s most distinctive buildings, directly on Kennedyplatz in central Essen.

The tenant will establish an adult education centre at the premises. The move-in is planned for September this year. The space is a high-quality designer fit-out with its own mezzanine. Previously used as a medical practice, the premises will be refurbished to TÜV NORD Akademie’s specifications before occupancy.

The landmark building has 11 floors and around 6,500 m² of office and retail space. It was fully refurbished in 2010. The tenant mix is strong and diverse. Thanks to its central location and modern architecture, the property is well known and easily recognisable.
