After Brockhoff Invest successfully sold the landmark property to a private owner last year, new design concepts were implemented. Approx. 1,700 m² has now been let to TÜV Rheinland Immobilien GmbH, which will move into its new headquarters at Alfredstraße 81 in Essen-Rüttenscheid on 01.01.2018.
