Brockhoff INVEST arranged the sale of two Light Industrial properties in Essen, with a combined yard and building area of approximately 8,807 m². The purchase price has not been disclosed.

The first plot has a total area of 3,154 m² and contains a hall of approximately 1,300 m² and an office building of approximately 1,200 m². The second plot measures approximately 5,653 m² and is built up with a 2,920 m² hall and a 1,580 m² office building.

The properties are directly opposite one another in the up-and-coming Westviertel, an area characterised by commercial and industrial buildings. The A40, A42 and A52 motorways can be reached within a few minutes by car.
