Two new tenants are bringing the property at Bismarckstr. 5 in Essen back to life after its complete renovation and repositioning as Bismarckhaus. Innovas GmbH and Marketing Wizards GmbH each signed a lease through Brockhoff OFFICE for an entire floor of approximately 357 m² in the approximately 1,750 m² commercial building.

The corner building near Essen Central Station had stood vacant for years and had visibly deteriorated. In 2018, Brockhoff INVEST found a new owner willing to invest. The owner completely renovated the property, creating high-quality rental space within walking distance of Essen Central Station.

Delivery service Pottsalat has established its headquarters on the ground and 1st upper floors. The 2nd and 3rd floors remain available to let through Brockhoff OFFICE.
