Brockhoff is pleased to have brokered two office leases at Huyssenallee 11 in Essen. The editorial team of CORRECT!V – Research for Society had already leased approximately 73 m² from 01.07.2014. A second vacant unit has now been let to the Brost Foundation, which supports young and older people, promotes art and culture, and pursues charitable aims. From 1 January 2015, the foundation will occupy approximately 284 m² on the 2nd floor.

Huyssenallee connects Essen central station with the popular Rüttenscheid district. Cultural landmarks such as the Philharmonie and Aalto Theatre add to the appeal of the street, which is also becoming increasingly popular as an office location.

The property is owned by a Luxembourg fund. ATOS Asset Management GmbH advised the owner.
