With Brockhoff LOGISTICS acting as broker, Umarex GmbH & Co. KG quickly found a suitable property despite the severe shortage of space on the logistics real estate market.
From 1 August 2022, the company’s logistics centre will occupy a 12,150 m2 warehouse with an adjoining 360 m2 of office space for shipping and service-related teams at Clevische Straße 8–10 in Soest.
The property is owned by Franz Kerstin. The premises are ideally suited to bridge the period before Umarex’s new logistics building in Voßwinkel is commissioned in May 2023.
Umarex Group is an international family-owned company in the weapons and outdoor industries. It currently employs around 1,000 people and, since 1972, has established itself as the world market leader in freely available weapons.
The temporary location in Soest is ideally close to the company’s headquarters in Arnsberg.
