Demand for warehouse space is high. With few opportunities to build new properties in major urban areas, existing logistics space is coming under increasing pressure. Brockhoff recognised this trend early and launched its LOGISTICS division in 2017. Since then, our LOGISTICS team—which now also includes light industrial specialists—has successfully brokered more than 750,000 m² of warehouse and industrial space. We have handled numerous large-scale lettings, including a 56,500 m² newly built warehouse leased to L-Shop in Unna.

Seven years ago, our warehouse brokerage focused on the Ruhr region. Our strong track record has since earned the trust of an increasing number of companies and property owners throughout Germany, who rely on us to let and sell their logistics properties.
