The Essen-based logistics company is the first tenant at MLP Unna Logistics Park, taking around 10,300 m² of warehouse space. MLP Group is also in discussions with other prospective tenants for the remaining available space.

MLP Group has successfully launched the leasing process at MLP Unna Logistics Park in Germany. Van Eupen Logistik is the first tenant to lease a total of 10,300 m² of warehouse, amenity and office space. The premises are ready for occupancy and will be handed over to the tenant shortly. Brockhoff Immobilien acted as a leasing adviser in the transaction.

Van Eupen Logistik is a logistics company based in Essen, Germany, with a nationwide distribution network. Its contract logistics services include transport, logistics and storage, repairs and refurbishment, commercial and project-related relocation services, as well as consulting and development. “We are delighted to have signed our first lease at MLP Unna Logistics Park, providing the customer with a flexible and fast solution for its logistics operations,” said Patrick Kurowski, MLP Group Country Manager for Germany and Austria, responsible for market expansion in both countries.

MLP Unna is a logistics and industrial park on a 12.5 ha site. In the future, approximately 60,000 m² of modern logistics and industrial space will be available to tenants. The park is located in Unna, in the Ruhr region, one of Europe’s most important logistics areas.
