A total of eight commercial halls, each with 633 m² of warehouse space and 85 m² of office space, are being built in Velbert’s commercial area. The nearby A535 provides excellent access to the A44 and, in turn, to the Ruhr region and Rhineland. Appointed by the owner as exclusive marketing agent, Brockhoff LOGISTICS has secured the first tenants for three halls with a combined area of 2,150 m².

“Thanks to their location, facilities, and flexibility to combine units, these halls are well suited to last-mile logistics companies. Demand in this segment is very strong, and we expect to announce further leasing success at the property soon,” says Tobias Altenbeck, member of Brockhoff’s management team.

Completion of the light-filled commercial halls is planned for the end of 2023.
