On behalf of a private owner, BROCKHOFF OFFICE found a new tenant for approx. 500 m² of hall space and 40 m² of office space at Manderscheidtstr. 52. The new tenant, Westfalen Medical GmbH, will move in on 1 October 2021.

Westfalen Medical GmbH is a subsidiary of Münster-based Westfalen AG, a company with a nearly 100-year history that was founded in 1923 as Sauerstoffwerke AG. The new Essen location will primarily serve as a warehouse for high-quality medical equipment.
