Four years ago, Brockhoff supported Crealize in acquiring the former Oschatz headquarters in Essen’s Weststadt district and then advised on repositioning the 9,530 m² property. Full occupancy is now within reach: Brockhoff is in discussions for the last available space on the office building’s ground floor.

Following extensive refurbishment, several Essen companies have each taken an approximately 510 m² floor alongside Crealize. The Auxilium Group will move its headquarters to Westendhof. The company specialises in products and consulting in home care, rehabilitation, orthopaedics and medical technology. Another tenant is Trends & Brands, a wholesaler and service provider for non-food products. An electrical wholesaler has also signed a lease for the former Oschatz office complex.

“The creative campus concept impresses not only with modern office space but also with additional features such as a shared rooftop terrace and a fitness studio. The market has responded very positively to this holistic concept, which has convinced the new tenants across the board,” says Brockhoff property adviser Sara Hettchen.
