US commercial law firm White & Case LLP, with 44 offices in 30 countries worldwide, will lease approximately 241 m² on the 10th floor of RUHR TOWER in Essen from 1 September 2020. BROCKHOFF OFFICE, appointed as lead agent for the office tower, advised on the letting.

After acquiring the former listed Rheinstahl headquarters in 2015, FAKT AG completely revitalised the property and upgraded it to the latest energy and technical standards. It now meets the needs of modern office users. The building was renamed RUHR TOWER to reflect the international outlook of its new tenant mix.

Under a lead-agency agreement, BROCKHOFF OFFICE has let space in the 17,200 m² office tower. Its largest tenant is co-working provider Design Offices, which signed a lease this year for approximately 7,000 m². Other tenants include Deutsche Bank, staffing company Hays, Business Metropole Ruhr, Check 24 and a joint venture between Innogy and Burda subsidiary C3.
