A few weeks ago, BROCKHOFF INVEST sold Wohninvest Group of Fellbach the school and boarding building at Reiterweg 28–34 in Iserlohn, leased to Euroschulen, with around 10,000 m² of usable space on a site of approximately 14,000 m². Wohninvest is now acquiring most of the remaining campus at Seilersee as well.

The campus is the site of a former British military hospital, purchased and developed around 18 years ago by Prof. Dr. Dietrich Walther, a long-standing business partner of BROCKHOFF INVEST. Following Prof. Dr. Walther’s death, BROCKHOFF INVEST has now sold most of the campus on behalf of his family office. The site includes buildings with a range of uses, among them the 4-star Campus-Garden hotel and a car park with 384 spaces. In total, the transaction transferred 61,640 m² of land and around 9,500 m² of building space to the new owner.
