Duisburg, Neudorfer Tor 41–45.

Fellbach, 28 August 2019. In line with its strategy of identifying attractive acquisition opportunities and reselling assets after asset and property management measures, Wohninvest Group has sold the Neudorfer Straße 41–45 office property. Brockhoff INVEST advised on the sale to an international investor.

Built in 2005, the five-storey office building offers approximately 6,995 m² of modern, light-filled office space. Just around 100 metres from Duisburg central station, the connecting floors between the individual sections create a gateway between Duisburg city centre and the Neudorf district, inspiring the name “Neudorfer Tor”. Key institutions in Duisburg-Neudorf include the University of Duisburg-Essen campus, Fraunhofer Institute, the Technology Centre and the Development Centre for Ship Technology and Transport Systems.

Neudorfer Tor has 105 parking spaces in its underground garage, plus a further nine spaces in the courtyard. Tenants include the Medical Service of the Health Insurance Funds North Rhine and call-centre operator Convergys, part of the US-based Convergys Corporation.
