BROCKHOFF RETAIL brokered more than 1,100 m2 of total space for retail chain Woolworth.

The leased premises will be created by combining two separate units, previously occupied by Takko and Peppermint Shoes, into one spacious store. Refurbishment will begin shortly, with the branch expected to open around the middle of next year.

The property occupies a prime 1A corner location on the Lange Straße pedestrian zone, among numerous well-known retail chains.
