Acting exclusively for the owner, Brockhoff secured well-known retail chain Woolworth as a tenant in a prime 1A location on Alfeld’s main shopping street. The store at Leinstraße 13–14 offers 860 m² of total lettable space. The surrounding area is home to several prominent retail chains.

The retail space is currently divided between Mäc-Geiz and NKD. The two units will be combined to create a larger store for Woolworth. The new branch is scheduled to open after the refurbishment.
