Retailer Woolworth is expected to open a store in Dortmund’s Unionviertel later this year. Brockhoff arranged the lease of the vacant retail unit, which has a total lettable area of 960 m², under an exclusive mandate from the owner, a Luxembourg-based real estate company.

The location at Rheinische Straße 84 promises high pedestrian and vehicle traffic, as it is a major thoroughfare lined with shops. An on-site car park with 21 spaces makes access by car easier.

The previous tenant of the retail space was Netto Marken-Discount, which had relocated to another site on Rheinische Straße.
