BROCKHOFF OFFICE has secured another tenant for planned office space in the new residential, business and shopping district in Mülheim an der Ruhr. From June 2019, Work Inn GmbH & Co. KG will move into exactly 1,004 m² at the new StadtQuartier Schloßstraße (SQS), bringing more modernity and appeal to Mülheim’s office market. Work Inn offers founders, freelancers, employees and large companies coworking and office space in a contemporary, comfortable setting designed to encourage creativity and productivity. The company is already successful at four locations in Dortmund and plans further coworking spaces in Oberhausen, Hamm and Bochum.

The SQS location is excellent: close to the city centre and within walking distance of the Ruhr. The mix of tenants in the large-scale project is also attractive to future coworking users. Holiday Inn Express, with around 140 rooms, Alloheim Senioren-Residenzen GmbH, a supermarket, a fitness operator and numerous retailers, restaurants, pharmacies and medical practices have already chosen to move into the new district, which will connect the harbour with the city centre.

The Mülheim landmark project StadtQuartier Schloßstraße (SQS), with a total floor area of 50,000 m², is expected to be completed in early 2019. The €60 million development will end the vacancy that lasted more than six years after the Kaufhof store moved out and is based on a comprehensive conversion concept.
