Coworking provider Work Inn will open its second location in Essen in August 2022. It has leased around 800 m² in the RÜ-Karree, one of the city’s most distinctive building ensembles. Brockhoff OFFICE advised on the letting. The 12,300 m² office complex is owned by a regional group of owners.

I am delighted that our trusted cooperation with Brockhoff has enabled us to lease this space,” says Work Inn founder and Managing Director Tim Schabsky.

Before opening, the high-quality office complex will be fitted out for a coworking provider, with open-plan areas, shared rooms, private offices and team offices. More than 100 people will be able to use the coworking space flexibly.

With the new Rüttenscheid location, Work Inn is expanding its presence in Essen. “Our aim is to offer customers a Work Inn location in every attractive part of Essen. Rüttenscheid was naturally high on the list,” explains Tim Schabsky. The company recently expanded its first Essen location on Lindenallee by 704 m².

Work Inn is one of the leading coworking providers in the Ruhr region. Since its founding in 2013, the company has expanded across all major Ruhr cities. The RÜ-Karree will become Work Inn’s ninth location.
