On behalf of the Zander Group, BROCKHOFF LOGISTICS sold a property to Aurelis Real Estate GmbH. The asset at Nünningstr. 1 in Essen offers approximately 18,900 m² of usable space.

Zander’s wholesale logistics operations will move to Bochum and be consolidated at a single site. Administration, sales, the showroom and the collection warehouse will remain at the Essen and Dortmund locations, so Zander will lease the space it needs there from Aurelis.

The Zander Group was founded by Julius W. Zander in 1879 and remains owner-managed. It is a leading, forward-looking wholesaler in Germany’s electrical, heating and plumbing sectors.

Aurelis operates nationwide as an asset manager and project developer. Its focus is on corporate properties in metropolitan regions.
