Brockhoff RETAIL supported the sale of a four-storey residential / office / commercial building with a total rental area of around 1,138 m² to a regional private investor in Korbach. The property, which is located on a plot of approx. 744 m² and previously owned by a regional owner company, is rented to the main user in the retail trade “Thalia” on a long-term basis.
The prime location of the building in Korbach’s pedestrian zone guarantees excellent visibility and accessibility. The parties have agreed not to disclose the amount of the purchase price.
