Fundamenta Group Deutschland AG has acquired a fully renovated residential and commercial building in Bonn’s Bad Godesberg district for its “FG Wohninvest Deutschland S.C.S. SICAV-SIF” fund. The property has been refurbished to KfW-70 standards.

The fully let property at Am Michaelshof 8/10 and Theaterplatz 11 occupies a 2,711 m² plot and offers approximately 7,700 m² of total usable space. Approximately 4,000 m² is allocated to 47 apartments and approximately 3,700 m² to 13 commercial tenants. Built in 1960, the property also provides 89 parking spaces for customers and tenants. Extensive refurbishment to KfW-70 standards was carried out between 2016 and 2019.
