MAGNA Asset Management AG has sold an office building measuring around 3,400 m² in Bonn to a family office. The fully let four-story building, completed in 1998, stands on a 1,550 m² plot on federal highway B 56. MAGNA acquired it in 2018 for the MAGNA Babcock Select real estate special AIF, managed by HANSAINVEST Hanseatische Investment-GmbH. The fund, which has a target volume of around €100 million, now holds nine existing properties. One investment, the new German headquarters of Trane, is under construction in Oberhausen.
