The Brockhoff GmbH, a family-owned company based in Essen, was founded in 1987 by Eckhard Brockhoff. Since then, the team led by Eckhard Brockhoff has brought nearly four decades of expertise in real estate marketing across the Office, Invest, Retail, and Logistics sectors. Our portfolio includes:

In 2021, SORAVIA, one of the leading real estate groups in Europe, acquired a 41% stake in Brockhoff through its holding company ADOMO. The remaining 59% of the shares are still held by the founder and managing partner Eckhard Brockhoff.
