One of the most distinctive buildings in Essen’s established M1 commercial area was sold by Brockhoff Immobilien GmbH to a private investor based in the Ruhr region. The seller of the property at Am Lichtbogen 4, 45141 Essen, was Dutch company Hanzevast Real Estate. The building is let long term to a single tenant.
