A landmark lease to the Essen police: approximately 26,800 m² of space with a 30-year term.

The 11,250 m² southern German distribution centre of fashion chain Takko in Schnelldorf, Bavaria, has been sold to a regional corporate group, which will use the property itself in future.

A unique property with 65,000 m² of office space in the heart of the Ruhr region has been sold. The site is being redeveloped as the new “Parkstadt Mülheim”, offering an attractive place to work, live and spend time in a prime location in Mülheim an der Ruhr.

At the end of July 2021, optician eyes+more opened a new store in RÜ-Karree, one of Essen’s best retail addresses.
